There is an inherent reciprocal nature that exists on the earth.
It is truly incredible to sink into the words that Robin Wall Kimmerer shares in “Braiding Sweetgrass”. When she speaks about the beauty of the web that is the three sisters (corn, beans, and squash growing together) she writes-
“The organic symmetry of forms belongs together; the placement of every leaf, the harmony of shapes speak their message. Respect one another, support one another, bring your gift to the worlds and receive the gifts of others, and there will be enough for all.”
Some of us are in spaces of financial stability. Some of us are moving in that direction. And others are not. These spaces should not affect the ability to access quality health care, but, unfortunately it has major impacts in our country’s capitalistic system. I strive to do all that I can to make acupuncture accessible to folks whatever their financial situation. Please contact me to speak more about this.

2 hour session $130
Initial intake which will include a discussion about your full health history with time for body work, acupuncture needles and an herbal prescription if desired (additional fee for herbs).
Sliding scale: $100-$130

Time with conversation around your health, acupuncture needles, and body work. Herbal prescription as needed (cost of herbs separate).

1.5 hour session $100
Time with conversation around your health, acupuncture needles, and a small amount of body work. Herb prescriptions as needed (cost of herbs separate).

1 hour session $75
Time for a brief dialogue regarding your health and acupuncture needles.

In this session, I will work with the areas of your body that feel in need of attention when you arrive, or feel into your body as a whole and move as I am guided. This work may include the use of gua sha, cupping, heat lamps, and essential oils. Your comfort and safety are the most important elements of your relaxation and I hope to support that in our time together with your body.

Discussion about your current health and prescription of an herbal formula (additional fee) to support your symptoms. No acupuncture as a part of this.
